Time to Eat

Monday, September 7th was the big day.

We having been preparing for this day, first real food day, for awhile. We put a bib on Blaire, put her in her chair, mixed the cereal, dipped the spoon, and got cereal all over her chin. Well, we tried to feed her. She really just wanted to hold the spoon and chew on it herself. Then she decided the food was not coming fast enough, so she grabbed at the bowl and drank from it. There was cereal all down the front of her, on the counter, in her seat, and on her tray.

But at least she has finally had food. Maybe next week we will introduce other baby food.

Ummm... Good What?! Where did it go?

Even at 6 months, she was a "do it herself" kind of girl.
